Most commercial and retail development lies along Port Washington Road and where it intersects with Mequon Road is considered by many to be the City’s center. 80% of Mequon homes are valued over $250,000, and Mequon is usually a place for more established home owners. Other than taking the kids to a park, going to a movie or dinner, or a round of golf, Mequon itself offers little else to do.
