Milwaukee’s second smallest suburb, Bayside is located in the northeastern most corner of Milwaukee County on the shore of Lake Michigan. It has less than 2.6 square miles. It is a quiet community of premium homes. It’s most notable destination is the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center. Part of the Fox Point-Bayside School District, Nicolet High School is its heart. Bayside was incorporated in 1955, but its history dates back to the turn of the past century. Although generally thought of as a community of more expensive homes, Bayside homes are often smaller and well-kept and can often be found under $275,000.
